When will my order ship?

Once your order is confirmed, our team will carefully prepare your package for shipment.
We aim to ship express orders the same day, and standard orders within 1–2 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking number via email.
You can click the link in that email to follow your package’s journey.

My package shows as delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

Sometimes shipping carriers mark packages as “delivered” a few hours before they actually arrive.
Please wait 24 hours and check with neighbors or your local delivery area first.

Still nothing?
Reach out to us at info@soysals.be within 5 days of the delivery notification.
We may ask for a screenshot of your tracking and, if needed, contact the courier to investigate.

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
  • All SALE items are final and cannot be returned.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Returns are sent by the customer using their preferred shipping method.
